Terms and conditions for Giclée Prints

1. Required

i. To purchase prints from Gary Wornell Studios you do not need to register with PayPal. Your Major Credit Card will work through PayPal's Secure Payments system.

ii. You can of course register with PayPal and create an account if you prefer. This registration takes a couple of minutes and requires basic Customer information, email address and password.

iii. If you have an account with PayPal already then you can use that.

2. Payment

i. Payment can be made at the checkout by clicking on the View Cart button on the left side of the Order Prints page. PayPal accepts Major Credit Card transactions directly.

ii. We will endeavour to process your order as quickly as possible.

iii. Payment in full must be received before the print is shipped.

iv. After placing an order, you will be sent an acknowledgement email stating the order number, date and time of order, billing and shipping information, goods ordered, sub total, shipping cost and grand total. The email will state method of payment (i.e., credit card type or PayPal account) but will not include the card details you have supplied for security reasons.

v. Should you experience difficulty in paying through PayPal, then arrangements can be made for direct transfer to our bank account by emailing Gary Wornell Studios with the print name, price and size included in the body of the message.

vi. You have a right to cancel your order within 5 working days of placing the order and will receive a refund (less the PayPal handling fee).

3. Guarrantee

i. Our prints are made using the highest quality papers and inksets available on the market. Prints are carefully inspected under a magnifying glass before shipping to ensure that they meet our stringent quality control.

ii. If for any reason you are disatisfied with the quality of a print you have purchased from us then you will receive a full refund (less postage and packing) providing the item has been returned in perfect condition within 10 days of receiving the print to Gary Wornell Studios in its original shipping container.

iii. Please enclose your name and address and the reason for returning the print.

iv. None of the above terms and conditions affect your statutory rights.
